The common thread that unites our cuisine is '"the evolution of tradition." Our dishes are prepared by selecting only the best local products, and our aim is to cure all types of palates with an offering that ranges from dishes prepared according to the most ancient traditions to dishes that are oriented to innovation with gastronomic combinations always new.
Osteria Pico borns from the unconditional passion of Pica's family, in particular in the chef Enza Leone, for the good food. Originary of Gorgoglione, village of the hills of Matera, she was chef and co-founder of Lucanerie restaurant that for over 10 years has been the reference of good food in Matera. She starts now the Osteria Pico experience with a cuisine based exclusively on Basilicata's products, genuinely prepared and in the simple way as possible, respecting the ancient traditions handed down from generations. |
